The gated property is located on the ocean (not a swimming beach) in the Waikoloa area of the Big Island and has amenities that include a pool, children's pool, jacuzzi, sun deck, restaurant, bar, 18-hole golf course nearby, clubhouse, tennis court, BBQ grills & picnic area, sundry store, gift shop, internet access, concierge, business services and an oceanfront fitness cabana. This newer property has very nice and comfortable units that offer a full gourmet kitchen, central air conditioning, large flat-screen cable TV, DVD player, full-size washer/dryer, high-speed internet access, hair dryer, premium bedding, shower/tub combo and a large private lanai. All units are non-smoking. A good swimming beach is a 5-minute drive away by car. This large, upscale property is great for relaxing or strolling through the Waikoloa resort area. The King Shops are located nearby for additional restaurants and shopping.
